Monday 12th July was the 50th Anniversary of Etch A Sketch. The iconic toy was first manufactured and is as popular now as it was then.
Licensed to the Ohio Art Company by French inventor Arthur Granjean, Etch A Sketch has become one of the most popular toys of all time!

In spite of its golden coming of age, Etch A Sketch is practically the same now as it was then and the iconic red frame that surrounds a silver screen has since been used in many company’s marketing initiatives as well as finding it’s way into films and TV programmes.
